Ceramics juror for Albuquerque's annual Metro exhibition, featuring the Albuquerque Public School System's finest youth artists. This spring exhibition exemplifies the best techniques, experimentation, and originality of our community's youth.
DIRECTOR, NEW MEXICO CLAY 2000
Directed a statewide-juried ceramics exhibition featuring the finest contemporary ceramics in New Mexico. Increased entries by 500% over previous year, received national, state and local press, and broke sales and attendance records for all previous exhibitions. 1999-2000
DIRECTOR, CLAY MONTH AT THE HARWOOD
Directed a month-long series of exhibitions, lectures and symposia geared towards the general public and ceramics enthusiasts. Lectures included technical presentations on kiln design and construction, clay and clay bodies, Arita porcelain in New Mexico, and a guided 50-person downtown architectural ceramics bus tour with professional speakers, August 2000.
